On 28 September, our Sensitive Serum returns in a new formulation as (15) Ectoin Serum. At the same time, we are adding the (21) Hydrogel Intense Mask to the range. Both products strengthen the skin barrier and soothe irritated skin. The serum is designed for daily use, while the mask provides a complementary intensive treatment.

Maximized upgrade

We have reformulated our Sensitive Serum. It now contains 2% ectoin – hence the new name. The new formulation retains the soothing properties of the original Sensitive Serum and enhances them with its high concentration of ectoin. The particularly lightweight hydro-emulsion is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive or irritated skin.

The formula

2% ectoin: Stabilises the skin's own protective mechanisms and helps reduce its susceptibility to irritation. As a biomimetic active ingredient, ectoin strengthens the skin barrier, supports regeneration and soothes the skin.
Triple soothing complex: Of panthenol, allantoin and bisabolol – has anti-inflammatory properties and supports skin regeneration.
Fermented rye extract: Increases moisture levels in the stratum corneum.
Medium-chain triglycerides and jojoba oil: Support the lipid matrix of the stratum corneum and help keep the skin supple.

Skin tolerance

Exceptionally well tolerated. Unisex and vegan. Free from synthetic fragrances, silicones, microplastics, acrylates and parabens.

Application

Apply to the face, neck and décolletage morning and evening after cleansing. Follow with additional serums if desired, then finish with Face Care.

The Hydrogel Intense Mask is our new intensive hydration treatment for dehydrated, dry or stressed skin. It contains a very high concentration of aloe vera. Its gel texture makes it easy to apply. It cools and soothes immediately.

The formula

Aloe vera in a high concentration – supports regeneration, helps protect skin cells and soothes the skin.
Ectoin: Strengthens the skin barrier and helps reduce the skin's susceptibility to irritation.
Panthenol: Soothes, hydrates and supports skin regeneration.
Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid: Binds moisture in the skin. The result is a noticeable improvement in how the skin reflects light – and the glow that comes with it.

Application

Apply to cleansed skin two to three times a week. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse off. If the skin is irritated, the mask can also be used as a leave-on treatment: apply a thicker layer and leave it on overnight.
